Club system at school progress

Our school doesn't have after school clubs as of now and our IB class plans to introduce it starting from the next school year, April 2021. So far we have discussed the plans with our Principal and CAS coordinator and have got permission to go ahead. 

We have then made a handbook for students in the present and future to use when conducting and managing their own clubs and the steps and rules that they should follow. We've created a hierarchy as well in the document, clearly stating everyone's role and positions so they know their own responsibilities.  I helped by writing part of the section.
